Use the MyoBalls™ on your own body parts of choice by rolling the MyoBalls™ over the desired area and applying additional pressure as desired. You can use a wall, a table, a floor, or your own hands to apply additional pressure to the desired areas.
Have a partner use the MyoBalls™ to release trigger point areas of the body. Your partner can use both hands on the balls and work the balls back and forth over your body as desired. Working quickly will provide a flushing experience, working slowly can provide more of a slow release experience.
